Cathy Fink is a Senior Account Executive and a steadfast professional with 12 years of workers' compensation experience.  Ms. Fink began her career adjudicating medical and dental claims for various self-funded health plans.  In addition to the management of the health plans, she adjudicated short-term disability plans, flexible spending plans, subrogation and stop/loss claims.  Ms. Fink then became a Claim Representative in the Cleveland BWC Service Office for 5 years where she handled all aspects of claims, including communication with all parties to the claim and utilization/interaction with all disciplines of BWC (Legal, Employer Services, Rehabilitation, and Safety/Hygiene).  Ms. Fink then became an Investigative Case Manager with a national insurance carrier managing large national, self-insured accounts in Ohio.  Ms. Fink attended The University of Akron, and has continued to expand her knowledge of the risk/claims field.
