Patricia (Patti) McDowell is a Customer Service Representative and assistant to Shirley Elsen, an ICS Client Service Manager. Patti has over 3 years experience in the worker compensation field. Her responsibilities include filing handicaps, claims administration, and coordinating the Return to Work Program for the Cincinnati Office. Patti is also currently working on a BA degree in Management Accounting.
