Shirley Elsen is a Client Services Manager with over 17 years of workers compensation experience and 3 years experience in Hearing Representation.  Prior to joining ICS, Shirley worked for Rumpke Consolidated Companies for 14 years as a Workers Compensation Manager/Human Resources Specialist. Her responsibilities included compiling reports, policies and procedures, managing workers compensation claims and departments, and conducting education training to all employees. Shirley has also worked in conjunction with the Safety Department on OSHA issues.  Additionally, Shirley is working on getting on a real estate license.
