Obtain a workers' compensation Group Rating aplication, either from ICS or through your association/chamber. You may also complete a group rating application through this website.

December 30
Deadline to return your group rating application to ICS.

December to January
Current participants in association and chamber group rating programs receive renewal notification.

October to February
New applicants receive either an enrollment packet and savings quote or a notification letter.

February 21
Deadline to return enrollment packet. Your company will be filed as part of the group rating program.

July 1 to June 30
